Willo Education is recruiting for a passionate Teaching / Learning Support Assistant ( TA / LSA ) to work within a lovely special school based in B36, Birmingham.
(Shard End / Hodge Hill / Smiths Wood / Tile Cross)
Vacancy information:
Full-time: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis. This will be at least until the end of the academic year however for the right person, funding has been secured to continue or go permanent in the new academic year.
You will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with and supporting children within an education-based setting.
It would also be advantageous if you have experience with a range of learning needs, as some of the children have SEND / SEMH, Communication Difficulties and need support with processing emotions to ensure positive behavioural outcomes.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:
· Relevant Childcare Qualifications
· Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
· Experience working with children of all abilities
· Prepared to provide alternative or additional activities for students who have SEND / Additional Needs.
· Able to start employment ASAP.
