Willo Recruitment has a wealth of experience working with education and healthcare professionals across the UK. Our team shares a genuine passion for finding great people, supporting their career choices, and matching them with the right roles. With our director’s background in education and a deep passion for the healthcare sector, she built the team around individuals who also share this drive and the desire to make a real difference. With hands-on experience in both fields, we’re equipped with all the right tools to help our candidates and the settings they join succeed
Where It All Began
It all began with a passionate former Nursery Manager who was determined to make a difference and challenge the stigma often attached to agency names. Along the way, we discovered a true passion for healthcare recruitment, from the early stages of education all the way to the care of the elderly. Our journey has led us to develop a deep appreciation for the diverse needs of recruitment across both sectors, and we’ve come to care just as much about the people in your care as we do about those in your classrooms.
After gaining years of experience in recruitment, Willo Recruitment was founded in January 2022, and we’ve been expanding rapidly ever since. We now proudly serve a range of settings, from nurseries and schools to care homes. Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who genuinely care about finding the perfect fit for each role. Whatever your setting, we take the time to ensure we place the right person in the right environment.

Director & Founder
First of all, let me officially welcome you to Willo Recruitment.
After a number of years in Education Recruitment and working within the childcare sector I felt that in January 2022 it was the right time to take the next step in my career and launch Willo Recruitment.
So far, Willo has been a ‘one stop shop’ for candidates and clients and we hope Willo continues to grow that way. When launching Willo Recruitment I wanted to make sure that people felt that they weren’t just a number here. We genuinely value all our staff whether that be internal staff or our support staff; we are all one big family. We want everyone that works with Willo to feel their value and know that support is only a phone call or email away.
When I’m not busy helping candidates land their dream roles, you can find me hosting dinner parties (I’ve been known to channel my inner Monica from Friends), soaking up live music, getting lost on long hikes, or spending time with my family and friends. Either way I am always up for a good time!
